His parents were "husmann" (tenant farmer) Gunnar Gunnarsson and Serina (it was written Gurine) Toresdotter. It gives his small pox vaccination date of July 8, 1888 and vaccinated by G. Rode. Peter received remarks of "very good" for his religious knowledge and conduct.
